Venue Information

The facilities include:

  • Theatre

    Our gem of a theatre is the epitome of comfort and elegance and is superbly equipped both front of house and backstage. It is a glorious venue for theatrical or musical productions as well as conferences, with a capacity for 2,300 guests, spread over three tiers.

    Our designers focused on creating a superbly functional theatre, with all the backstage and technological support services necessary for the smooth-running of productions.

    Its main features are:

    • 2,300 seats spread over three tier levels
    • Support spaces include:
      • 10 dressing rooms
      • 2 star dressing rooms
      • 2 chorus changing rooms
      • green room
      • 5 musicians’ rooms
      • Conductor’s room
    • Orchestra pit available (covered if not in use)
    • Each customized Bentley leather seat comes standard with an A3 writing tablet and a plug point built into the seat
    • Advanced audio-visual solutions including;
      • Comprehensive sound system (L-Acoustic KUDO)
      • 8 translation booths (supports 7 languages maximum at any given time)
      • Front projection screen: 10 x 5.7m (16:9)
      • Tungsten lighting dimmed by areas to allow blacking out of unused sections of the theatre
    • Fully automated flying rigging system (mobile hoists and flying bars)
    • Specialist technical staff available to support depending on client requirements
    • WIFI and wired data connection
    • The option to convert to classroom-style for major conferences
  • Meeting Rooms

    A meeting’s success can be affected by the ambience of the room and the professionalism of service. At QNCC we provide high-quality, efficient service in stylish and comfortable meeting rooms, whether there are10 participants or 260.

    Our 52 spacious, deluxe meeting rooms come in a variety of sizes and there are four connected rooms that can accommodate up to 260 delegates. Any number of configurations can be achieved by sub-dividing or connecting the rooms.

    All our rooms are comfortable, practical and highly functional.

    Their main features are:

    • All meeting rooms come fully equipped with a 108-inch LCD screen and built-in AV system
    • PA system and lectern included
    • Choice of 52 rooms of varying sizes
    • Four sets of connected meeting rooms, each set accommodating up to 260 delegates
    • The meeting rooms can be sub-divided and connected to set up for a variety of configurations. Each connected meeting room can be partitioned into three individual rooms.
  • Auditoria

    QNCC has three of the most magnificent auditoria in the region, superbly equipped to host conferences and symposia, with capacities for 295, 401 and 474 guests. Whether you are a performer or in the audience, the auditoria area is a breath-taking experience.

    Their main features are:

    • A large stage and screen and 4 simultaneous translation booths
    • Comfortable leather seats, each with its own A3 writing pad and plug point
    • Ambient lighting
    • Its spacious foyer provides delegates with sufficient room to enjoy refreshments, registration and networking
    • Built-in audio visual facilities, including;
      • Projector and stage screen
      • PA system
      • Comfort monitors
      • Sound system
  • Conference Hall

    This Hall is the perfect choice for an impressive event. Its elegant lines are enhanced by the region’s most advanced lighting system consisting of 28 marvellous Swarovski crystal chandeliers.

    This hall holds up to 4,000 delegates and can be set up for banquets, concerts and plenary sessions. It also has a separate balcony seating area. This venue is supported by the latest technology to meet the needs of sophisticated events.

    Its main features are:

    • Capacity for 4,000 delegates theatre-style or 1,200-1,500 delegates banquet-style plus a pre-function area
    • 24 spectacular movable chandelier lighting with LED adjustable colours
    • 12 simultaneous multiple translation booths that can support a maximum of 7 languages
    • An extensive built in audio-visual system including 4 large LED screens
    • 40 motorized Barrisols with LED adjustable colours
    • 34*2 ton rigging points throughout the main hall
    • 24*1 ton rigging points throughout the main hall
    • WIFI and wired data connection
  • Exhibition Halls

    Niche audience exhibition or large-scale convention? Indoor or outdoor? Our flexible exhibition space has the solution for events of every size.

    The Centre has nine exhibition halls providing 40,000 m² of light and airy indoor exhibition space.

    Exhibition Halls 1 to 9 are multi-purpose areas with great flexibility including a complete trenching system. These halls are also supplied with 38,864m² of modular Installed rigging grids, making them perfect for banquets, concerts and other special events.

    If your choice is for an al fresco event to make the most of the beautiful Doha nights, the Centre’s grounds feature a 3,000m² open space equipped with its own power, water and IT infrastructure.

    • Halls 3-9 offer 35,000m² of exhibition space
    • Halls 1 and 2 offer 4,100m² of flexible use floor space
    • Fully equipped outdoor exhibition space of 3,100m
    • Full colour LED lighting in the exhibition halls
    • All halls are equipped with a pit and trench system
    • Halls 3 to 9 come with a dedicated registration counter, catering kiosk, hospitality suites and organiser's office in each hall
