UDST Celebrates Graduation of 861 Students in Qatar National Convention Centre

Under the patronage of Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, the University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) celebrated the graduation of 861 students. The ceremony, held at the Qatar National Convention Centre, was attended by prominent dignitaries, faculty members, families, and well-wishers, making it a memorable event for all involved.

This third graduation ceremony for UDST marked the beginning of a new chapter for the Class of 2024. The graduates included 297 students from the College of Business, 127 from the College of Computing and Information Technology, 303 from the College of Engineering and Technology, and 134 from the College of Health Sciences.

Reflecting on the significance of the occasion, Dr. Salem Al Naemi, President of UDST, expressed his gratitude to the university’s leadership and the government for their unwavering support. He stated, "We gather today not only to celebrate the Class of 2024 but also to mark an important milestone in the journey of the University of Doha for Science and Technology."

Dr. Al Naemi praised UDST’s commitment to providing cutting-edge education, emphasizing the critical role of technology in shaping the future. He highlighted the university’s continuous efforts to foster strategic partnerships and adapt to the latest scientific advancements, ensuring that UDST remains at the forefront of educational excellence.
